Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates and times (United States)
- Standard shipping — $5.99 flat rate, 3–7 business days
- Free standard shipping — on orders over $50
- Expedited shipping — $14.99, 2–3 business days
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email support@vitalumea.com.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your front office or building manager
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
- Contact us at support@vitalumea.com if it doesn't turn up
We'll work with the carrier and either resend or refund your order.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
