Our 30-day guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@vitalumea.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund (it helps us improve).
  3. We'll send you instructions and a return label if needed.
  4. Once received, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You don't have to send the product back

For most refund requests, we don't require you to ship the product back — you can keep it, donate it, or throw it out. We only ask for returns on large or wholesale orders.

What's covered

  • Any VitaLumea product ordered directly from vitalumea.com
  • Damaged or defective items (we'll send a replacement at no cost)
  • Items lost in transit

What's not covered

  • Orders older than 30 days from delivery date
  • Products purchased from third-party resellers
  • Original shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or defective)

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement right away.
